When you use the 'NEW TOPIC' button at the top of the main page, make sure you select the correct category where your post should go from the Drop Down Menu. Otherwise ALL New Topics end up in the TAXONOMY Section.
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of softened butter
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
12 ounce (1 1/2 cups) chocolate chips
1/2 cup of chopped roasted crickets
Method:
1) Preheat over to 375 F (190 c).
2) In saucepan, melt chocolate chips.
3) Dip chopped crickets into mixture and then lay on a plate.
4) In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
5) In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla; beat until creamy
6) Beat in eggs
7) Gradually add in cricket flour and mix well.
8) Stir in chocolate covered crickets.
9) Place rounded teaspoons of the mixture onto baking paper or a greased tray.
10) Bake for 10-12 minutes.
